Meet The Team
Debbie was born and raised in Oakland County. She graduated from Oakland Community College in 1993 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Debbie stays current with new developments in dentistry through continuing education. She was on faculty at Oakland Community College for 7 years teaching Clinical Dental Hygiene. Debbie has been part of our team for over 27 years. She is very passionate about educating her patients on the importance of oral health. In her spare time she loves spending time with family, scrapbooking, being outdoors and cooking.
Sheila started her career in dentistry many years ago and immediately knew it was the perfect fit for her. Sheila joined the staff at Dr. Brown’s office in 1998. After assisting for 20 plus years she has now made her way to the front desk where she’ll be the first to greet you with a smile.
In 2018, she became a wife and mother to beautiful twin daughters and in 2020 a grandma to an amazing baby girl. Outside the office she loves to walk her dog, spend time with friends and looks forward to making many more memories with her family.
Amanda is a Dental Assistant with over 14 years of dental experience and has been with our practice for three years. She has always had a passion for dentistry and driven to build on her skills and education. Amanda loves interacting with patients and makes it a priority to assure each and every person feels as comfortable and relaxed as possible. In her free time, Amanda takes pleasure in riding and competing her horses and enjoys traveling.
Vanessa is a dental assistant who has been with the practice for 3 years. Her goal is to make every patient she works with feel as comfortable as possible. She loves spending time with her family. In her free time she enjoys practicing Jiu jitsu and yoga. She hopes to further her career in assisting by continuing her education and becoming a board certified dental assistant.
Natalie has been in the dental field for 21 years. She was a dental assistant for 5 years in both pediatric and private family practices and then a dental hygienist for the past 16 years. Patient interaction is the main reason she loves her job. It is wonderful to get to know the families and see them grow. She is passionate in providing improvement in her patients’ oral health and delight in seeing increased self-confidence with their new smiles.
Natalie and her husband Sean are high school sweethearts. They have two daughters, Michelle and Gabrielle, as well as a Golden Retriever named Rosie. She enjoys watching her girls compete in their synchronized figure skating competitions. Natalie also likes traveling, decorating and spending time with her family and friends.
Katie started her dental career as a dental assistant in 1999. She earned her dental hygiene degree 5 years later and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve dental health. Katie strives to help every patient feel comfortable and well-educated on the importance of good oral health.
Katie grew up in Clarkston and still resides there with her husband, Larry and two children. When not at work, she enjoys rollerblading, golfing, attending church and sporting activities with her kids.
